Honey

Honey is the nemesis of measuring cups: it's viscous, sticky, and slow. My honey crystallized. Does the weight change?
No. Crystallization is just sugar molecules aligning. The weight remains exactly the same. To re-liquefy, place the jar in a bowl of warm water; do not microwave raw honey if you want to preserve its enzymes.
