Table Salt vs. Kosher Salt: Can I swap them?
ONLY by weight. By volume, absolutely not. Table salt is dense small crystals; Kosher salt is flaky large crystals. If a recipe asks for '1 tbsp Kosher salt' and you use '1 tbsp Table salt', your food will be twice as salty.
